Kick-start your career in retail leadership with a fully remote internship designed for students and beginners. You will learn how a retail team operates, support customers, and build real management skills with full training provided.
Roles: Support daily store operations and customer service, help with merchandise handling, inventory, and stocking, assist customers during busy periods, and complete a business-focused project with guidance from experienced leaders. You will also learn how to motivate a team and analyze business performance.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: 10 weeks, about 35 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Open to students enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program. Basic customer service or leadership experience is a plus but not necessary. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills, enjoy helping people, and be eager to learn.
