We are expanding our remote team and welcome people-focused individuals who want to build a long-term career in client services. No prior experience is required – full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
• Connect with clients through chat and virtual appointments
• Learn about individual needs and share clear program information
• Explain details in a simple, understandable way
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support
• Keep digital documentation complete and up to date
• Follow up and build dependable relationships
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, approachable manner
• Basic organization and time management
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Self-motivation and comfort working independently
Experience in customer service, retail, or other client-facing work is helpful but not required. We welcome beginners who are ready to learn.
