Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit
• Help with ordering, inventory control, product quality, and team supervision
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork
• Support hiring, teaching, training, and developing team members
• Help ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience necessary; full training provided
• Dependable, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and comfort interacting with customers
• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
