Roles: Customer service chat support
We are looking for friendly, beginner-friendly people to join our remote customer support team. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided, and you will be supported from day one.
What you’ll do:
• Greet customers through online chat and help with their questions quickly and kindly.
• Assist with basic product questions, orders, and general requests.
• Keep conversations clear, friendly, and helpful.
• Follow simple guidelines to keep every interaction positive.
• Work with your team to solve problems and share updates.
Skills/background needed:
• Good written communication and a helpful attitude.
• Comfort using a computer and typing in chat.
• Ability to stay organized when tasks stack up.
• A quiet space to work from home.
• No degree required and no experience necessary – we train you.
