We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our remote customer support team as Live Chat Support Agents. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Roles: Respond to customer questions over live chat, help with basic product recommendations, resolve simple issues, and pass more complex cases to the right team member. You will also help keep daily records organized and support promotions and events.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Temporary seasonal role, with potential to move into a permanent position based on performance.
Skills/background needed: Clear communication, a positive attitude, and basic time management. You should be comfortable learning new systems and working as part of a supportive team. Training is provided, and beginners are welcome.
