Roles: Customer Service Chat Associate
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our remote customer support team. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed to get started.
What you’ll do:
• Chat with customers online to answer questions and help with their needs in a courteous, friendly way.
• Help customers with basic account and order questions through our live chat system.
• Keep track of conversations and share helpful feedback with the team.
• Follow simple guidelines to keep every customer interaction positive and accurate.
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort using a computer and typing at a reasonable speed.
• Able to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting.
• Friendly, team-minded attitude.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
