Role: Solutions Consultant (Entry Level)
We are looking for a friendly, curious beginner to join our remote team as a Solutions Consultant. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will help customers understand their needs, offer simple solution guidance, and support them through their journey with us.
What You’ll Do:
• Talk with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Help explain solutions in a clear, easy-to-follow way.
• Support customers from first contact through ongoing use.
• Work with teammates to keep customers happy and successful.
• Share ideas and learn new skills with full training and support.
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required — full training provided.
• A curious, friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and comfort working with people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using team chat app and CRM system.
• Ability to work independently from home.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
