Roles: Entry Level Customer Support Chat Assistant
We are looking for friendly, proactive people to join our remote support team. In this beginner-friendly role, you will help customers by answering questions and resolving issues over chat. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
You will work from home and respond to customer messages, helping them with common questions and problems.
