We’re looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Live Chat Customer Service Associate to join our fully remote team. No prior experience needed — full training is provided, and you can work from home anywhere.
Roles: Respond to customer questions over live chat, help with orders and pricing, recommend products and services, coordinate pick-up and delivery of orders, process payments, and keep orders organized. You’ll support team members, help with training, and keep communication clear across shifts.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfort using a computer and team chat app. A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.
