We are looking for friendly, beginner-friendly people to join our team as Sportsbook Writers. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided, and you will work fully from home.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our service for both regular and first-time customers. You will help people feel at ease, answer their questions, and guide them through the betting options available so they can make informed, responsible choices.
What you will do:
– Provide friendly, helpful customer service that keeps people coming back
– Learn the full menu of betting options and chat comfortably with customers about them
– Help resolve customer questions and complaints, passing anything complex to your supervisor
– Complete required paperwork accurately following company policy
– Work collaboratively with your team and leadership
Skills/background needed:
– No experience necessary; a positive, customer-focused attitude is what matters most
– Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
– Comfort working with a team in a supportive remote environment
