Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Sports Betting Writer to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers with betting information and process transactions accurately while delivering friendly service.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers and enter betting details into the computer system.
• Print tickets, accept payment, and provide correct change.
• Keep accurate records of the cash bank.
• Verify winning tickets and answer customer questions.
• Explain betting information clearly and update display boards.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. You should have good communication skills in English, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, professional manner. Basic computer comfort helps. You must be at least 21 years old and able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
