Roles: We are looking for a motivated Technical Documentation Writer to join a fully remote team. In this entry-level role, you will help turn complex technical processes into clear, accurate documentation. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
Create clear technical documentation for engineering and platform teams. Write and maintain operational runbooks, technical guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Support compliance documentation requirements. Work with subject matter experts and engineers to translate technical processes into simple, accurate content.
Skills/background needed:
A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable writing and editing content, asking questions, and working with technical teams. Familiarity with documentation tools and content systems is a plus. Beginner-friendly training is provided.
