Roles: Junior Technical Documentation Writer
We are looking for a junior writer to join our documentation team and help turn technical work into clear, accurate guides that readers can rely on. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
You will work from home and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product owners to document how new tools and systems are tested and used. You will write and maintain design documents, test reports, user guides, and hand-off checklists, and build clear data dictionaries that describe where information comes from and how it should be used.
Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn, good written English, and the ability to explain complex ideas simply. Comfort with tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and shared document libraries helps. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome to apply.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
