Roles: We are looking for a junior medical writer to join a fully remote writing team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will work from home and support the preparation of clear, accurate written materials for clinical and regulatory readers.
What you will do:
Help draft and edit written documents, keeping language clear and consistent. Organise content so key messages appear in the right places across a set of documents. Check that statements are accurate and supported by the available information. Follow templates and style guides, and keep files tidy using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs. Work with colleagues and outside partners through team chat and video calls to keep projects on track.
Skills/background needed: A bachelor’s degree and strong written English, including solid grammar and punctuation. Comfort with word processing, tables, and spreadsheets. Willingness to learn medical writing processes and standards. Good communication and a careful, detail-focused approach. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
