Role: We are looking for a Writer to join our news team and help produce daily news programs.
What you will do:
• Help create daily news content, including newscasts and special coverage.
• Copy-edit news stories and scripts.
• Translate content between English and Spanish.
• Check spelling for graphics and on-screen text.
• React quickly to breaking news and update stories as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Strong news judgment and attention to detail.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading and writing).
• Able to stay calm and take charge during breaking news.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with opportunities for growth.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
