We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Content Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will turn complex technical information into clear, easy-to-read content that helps users understand our products.
Roles: Create and update user guides, reference materials, and installation instructions. Work with product and support teams to learn how things work. Rewrite technical details into plain language. Improve existing articles for clarity and search visibility. Keep documentation organised and consistent. Apply user feedback to refine content.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. A degree in a technical field, communication, or a related subject is helpful but not essential. Comfort with basic document tools and a willingness to learn are most important. Strong written communication skills are a plus.
