Our technical documentation team is looking for a detail-oriented writer to turn complex ideas into clear, easy-to-follow guides. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Roles: Create and update user guides, help articles, troubleshooting guides, and release notes. Work with technical teams to confirm accuracy, take part in peer reviews, and improve documentation based on user feedback. Follow existing style guides and help plan documentation templates and structure.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a permanent role.
Skills/background needed: Clear, concise writing; comfort learning new software; basic organization and time management; willingness to be trained. Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or WordPress is a plus but not required.
