Roles: As an entry-level customs entry writer, you will prepare and submit shipment documentation, input data into tracking systems, and help coordinate with carriers and freight partners to keep cargo moving. You will learn to classify products, resolve routine issues, and communicate clearly with customers and your team—all while working from home.

Contract length: Full-time, with training provided.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required—we provide full training. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn are key.
