We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, helpful onboarding and getting-started content for new users. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
Roles: Write and organize introductory guides that help new users set up and get comfortable with the product. Work with product and support teams to map out a smooth user journey, from first setup through to more advanced features. Keep content clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a longer-term role.
Skills/background needed: A clear, friendly writing style and a willingness to learn. Comfort with basic word processing and online documents is helpful. No experience required – full training is provided, and we welcome beginners who are organized and eager to grow.
