Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join our fully remote team. This role is all about turning complicated technical information into clear, easy-to-follow guides that help people understand our products.
Roles:
• Turn technical details and product information into simple, user-friendly documentation.
• Work with engineering and product teams to keep all written materials accurate.
• Update existing documentation when features change or new fixes are released.
• Create tutorials, quick start guides, and help text that improve the user experience.
• Help maintain a consistent writing style across all documentation.
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required – full training is provided.
• A willingness to learn how to explain technical ideas in plain language.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort using common writing and documentation tools, with training available.
• A positive attitude and openness to asking questions.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
