We are looking for a friendly Service Writer Assistant to help customers get a great first and last impression. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers warmly and help them feel taken care of. Support general vehicle maintenance scheduling and record keeping. Learn to operate basic powered equipment as needed for the role. Keep a positive, helpful attitude in all conditions.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary – full training is provided. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important things. A valid driver’s license is helpful.
