Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Product Documentation Writer to create clear, easy-to-follow instruction booklets, quick-start guides, and safety inserts for consumer products.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. No prior experience is necessary, and full training is provided. You will work from anywhere and learn how to turn basic product information into simple, friendly instructions that help customers use products with confidence.
What you will do:
• Write and edit step-by-step guides and instruction booklets.
• Turn product details into plain, easy-to-read language.
• Review documents for clarity and consistency.
• Work with designers on simple diagrams and visuals.
• Keep templates organised and up to date.
• Manage a few projects at the same time with support from the team.
Skills/background needed:
• Good written English and a careful eye for detail.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and email.
• Willingness to learn documentation and layout tools.
• Basic organisational skills and a helpful, collaborative attitude.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is welcome; further education is a plus but not required.
