Overview: We are looking for beginner-friendly reviewers to help evaluate AI-generated writing outputs for accuracy and workflow fit. Full training is provided, and no prior review experience is needed — just a clear writing background and attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
Review AI outputs against writing workflows and simple guidelines.
Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit using a structured rubric.
Flag operational risks and policy gaps with the right severity tag.
Document the correct next step so the modeling team can learn from it.
Help resolve disputed calls using published guidance.
Skills/background needed:
Some writing background or a strong writing sample.
Comfort applying simple rubrics consistently across batches.
Clear written reasoning that names the rule being applied.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week.
Nice to have: prior training, QA, or bilingual experience.
Work format: Fully remote, work from home, asynchronous schedule. Part-time independent contractor role with flexible hours.
