We are looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team as an Automotive Service Writer. This is a fully remote, entry-level role, and no prior experience is necessary — full training is provided.
Roles:
Listen to customers describe vehicle problems and clarify what services they need. Review warranty and service contract coverage and explain what is included. Prepare cost estimates for parts and labor. Write up repair orders and enter them into the service database. Keep customers updated on estimates and timelines, and answer their questions. Maintain accurate records of problems and planned repairs. Take part in ongoing learning and handle other duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. Good communication and customer service skills help. Comfort with basic computer records is useful. Full training is provided, so a willingness to learn is the most important thing.
