Role: Junior Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Junior Technical Writer to help create clear, accurate product documentation and help content. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, and no prior experience is required.
What you will do:
Write and update user guides, help articles, and in-app assistance content. Work with product, engineering, and design teams to keep documentation accurate. Help produce simple videos and support materials. Review content for clarity and consistency.
Skills/background needed:
Good written English and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new tools and products. Comfort working with a team in a remote setting. Basic familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is a plus, but training is provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
