Roles: We’re looking for a beginner-friendly UX Writer to craft clear, helpful product copy for websites, apps, and customer support materials. This is a fully remote role with full training provided — no prior professional experience required. What you’ll do:
• Write straightforward, friendly content for digital products and help pages.
• Keep wording consistent using shared content patterns and style guidelines.
• Work with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to agree on solutions.
• Gather feedback and basic research to understand what customers need.
• Help build templates and guidelines that make good writing easier to repeat.
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with a team and managing a few tasks at once.
• Curiosity and an interest in making products easy to understand.
• A short writing sample is welcome but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
