We are looking for a beginner-friendly technical writer and business analyst to join our remote team. No prior experience is necessary — we provide full training to help you succeed.
In this work-from-home role, you will gather and document business requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support teams with clear technical documentation. You will also help translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand language and maintain documentation standards.
Skills/background needed: Strong writing and communication skills. Willingness to learn documentation tools and basic analysis methods. Familiarity with standard office software is a plus.
