Roles: We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. Full training is provided.
You will create and maintain clear, accurate technical content for customers. You will improve the style and organization of existing content, write text for help panels, and test features to give useful feedback to the team. You will also develop simple guides, scripts, and step-by-step procedures that are easy to follow.
Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn, good written communication, and attention to detail. No degree or previous writing experience is necessary. We provide full training on our tools and processes.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, 40 hours per week.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
