Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. A basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn are all you need. Strong writing and editing skills help, and an interest in programming or cloud tools is a plus.
What you will do: Draft and maintain clear technical documentation, including software manuals, troubleshooting guides, installation guides, and release notes. Review work with subject matter experts to keep it clear and easy to follow. Track document readiness and help create simple communication templates.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment.
