Roles: We are looking for a remote Entry Level Technical Writing Specialist to join our team. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
In this role, you will create, plan, and edit operational and instructional manuals and test procedures. You will document engineering processes and specifications, format notes and procedures from technical staff, and help prepare hardware and software test procedures. You will also work with other writers, offering feedback and support to help the team grow.
Skills/background needed: A degree in a technical or related field is helpful, along with an interest in technical writing, English, or languages. Comfort with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a plus. A willingness to learn new software, databases, and scripting languages is all you need. Any experience with large datasets is welcome but not required.
