Roles:
Write long-form feature stories (up to about 2,400 words) and short profile pieces (around 300 words).
Conduct interviews and background research.
Fact-check and revise drafts based on feedback.
Submit clean final copy for print and digital publication.

Willingness to learn research and interview techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
No previous writing experience required – full training is provided.
