Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Content Strategist and Writer to help shape clear, customer-friendly written content across email, chat, website pages, and other digital channels.
What you will do:
Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across several channels. Turn complex information into plain, easy-to-understand language. Help keep tone, voice, and messaging consistent. Work with other teams to review and improve communications. Track how content performs and suggest simple improvements.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training provided. A degree in communications, English, journalism, or a related field is helpful but not essential. Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage your time. Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
