Roles: Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to help create and maintain clear product documentation, including user guides, service manuals, and instruction sheets. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
Write and update user guides, manuals, and technical bulletins. Keep documentation accurate, organised, and easy to follow. Work with other teams to turn complex information into simple content. Edit and standardise existing documents. Help organise documentation files and support documentation projects.
Skills/background needed:
Beginner welcome – full training is provided. Good written English and attention to detail. Comfort using word processing and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. A structured, careful working style. Willingness to learn documentation and graphics tools on the job.
Contract length: Ongoing
