Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to help create clear, welcoming onboarding and getting-started content for new users. You will turn technical ideas into simple, friendly guides that help people learn a product from their very first visit.
This is a fully remote role. No prior professional experience is required, and full training is provided.
What you will do:
• Write and organise onboarding content that guides new users step by step.
• Work with product, support, and documentation teams to keep content accurate and helpful.
• Create clear flows covering best practices, troubleshooting, and next steps.
• Use user feedback and basic analytics to improve content over time.
Skills/background needed:
• A clear, friendly writing style and an interest in explaining technical topics.
• Good communication and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working with a distributed team using tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• A curious, collaborative attitude. Full training provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
