Role: Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create clear, easy-to-follow user documentation. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
Write how-to guides, manuals, references, and online help text. Work with team members to understand products and processes. Organise material clearly, proofread your work, and update documents as needed. Explain technical ideas in simple language for everyday readers.
Skills and background needed:
Good written English and attention to detail. Comfort using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. A willingness to learn technical concepts and turn them into plain text. A degree is helpful but not required, and no previous writing experience is needed.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with ongoing work available.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
