We’re looking for a Content Marketing Writer to join our team. You’ll create compelling content that engages customers and supports business growth—including blog posts, newsletters, product stories, and marketing materials. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work with teams across product, marketing, and customer success to deliver clear, persuasive writing.
What you’ll do:
Develop strategic content that tells our product story and drives customer engagement. Interview internal experts and research topics to turn complex information into clear narratives. Collaborate across departments to create blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, and marketing copy. Manage multiple writing projects in a dynamic environment.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing ability with examples of your work. A curious mindset and comfort interviewing people to gather information. Basic understanding of marketing concepts and how content drives customer engagement. Organized, able to juggle multiple projects, and comfortable learning as you go. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
