We’re building a network of freelance medical writers to support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare communications projects.
About the role:
You’ll write clear, accurate content on medical and scientific topics for various audiences. Projects include training materials, educational content, scripts, presentations, and communications for healthcare professionals. You’ll work independently and with subject matter experts, researching information and adapting your writing style to different learning objectives.
What you’ll do:
Translate complex medical information into engaging content; conduct research using credible sources; develop well-organized materials for different audiences; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; collaborate with teams and specialists.
Skills/background needed:
3+ years of professional medical writing experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or medical education. Strong scientific writing skills, ability to research and communicate medical information accurately, and attention to detail. Experience with pharmaceutical sales training, eLearning scripts, or specific therapeutic areas (such as oncology or immunology) is a plus.
