We’re looking for English speakers to help train and improve AI systems through writing and evaluation work. This is a fully remote freelance role with flexible hours—work from anywhere, anytime that suits you.
What You’ll Do
• Write natural, realistic responses and prompts to help AI systems learn and improve
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs, ranking responses for quality and accuracy
• Work across different projects based on your skills and interests
What You’ll Need
• Clear, engaging writing skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to assess and explain technical reasoning
• No prior experience required—full training provided
Nice to Have
Background in creative writing, literature, philosophy, or prior editorial experience. Interest in AI and machine learning is a plus but not essential.
