About the role:
We’re looking for a writer to produce engaging sports content focused on Formula 1. You’ll contribute regular articles covering race analysis, driver features, team updates, and breaking news. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio in sports journalism while working from home.
What you’ll do:
Contribute a minimum of 4 articles per week on Formula 1 topics, including race previews and recaps, driver features, and opinion pieces. Cover the latest developments from teams and drivers. Pitch and produce original stories that appeal to both dedicated fans and casual readers. Write accurate, well-researched articles to tight deadlines. Collaborate with editors and implement feedback. Follow our editorial standards and quality guidelines.
Skills and experience needed:
Strong passion for Formula 1 and knowledge of teams, drivers, and race formats. Ability to write fast, accurate coverage with an engaging voice. Experience writing about sports is a plus. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems is helpful but not essential. Full training and support provided for the right candidate.
