We’re looking for detail-oriented writers to join our remote team preparing pre-sentencing reports for courts. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours – work from anywhere and support the justice system through careful, professional writing.
What you’ll do:
Write detailed pre-sentencing reports for court use. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations based on case information. Gather and review information from individuals and case records. Collaborate with colleagues, courts, and partner agencies to ensure accurate, timely reports. Maintain organized case records in our systems.
What we’re looking for:
A professional qualification in probation or social work (or equivalent recognized qualification). Experience writing reports in probation, social services, or related fields – or strong written communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently from home while staying connected with your team. Sound judgment and attention to detail.
Contract length: Temporary with potential extension
Hours: Full-time or part-time options available
