We’re looking for a Content Writer to help shape our online presence through high-quality, engaging web copy and technical documentation. You’ll work fully remote, creating content that educates, informs, and drives business growth across multiple formats and platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll write and edit a variety of content—from product descriptions and user guides to blog posts, case studies, and web pages. You’ll conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to help content reach the right audience. You’ll also review content from other team members, collaborate with designers on marketing materials, and maintain a content calendar that supports product launches and campaigns. Your writing will be clear, concise, and tailored to both technical and non-technical readers.
Skills/background needed:
You should be a confident writer with strong English language skills, excellent editing abilities, and experience with basic WordPress and HTML. Familiarity with social media content, SEO practices, and software documentation is valuable. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable learning about technical topics quickly. A background in technical writing, communications, or a related field is helpful but not required. Most importantly, you’re curious, creative, and driven to improve continuously.
Work format:
This is a fully remote role. You’ll work from home and collaborate with team members through video calls and team messaging tools. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
