We’re looking for an entry-level writer to create engaging content about pop culture, internet trends, and current events. You’ll work fully remote, collaborating with experienced writers and learning on the job. No prior professional writing experience is necessary—we provide full training and support.
What you’ll do:
Write short-form, engaging posts on trending topics and cultural moments. Research social media conversations and audience interests. Collaborate with editors and fellow writers to refine your work and develop your voice. Learn newsroom practices and content strategy in a supportive environment.
Skills/background needed:
A genuine interest in pop culture and online trends. Strong writing fundamentals and ability to communicate clearly. Comfort using Google Docs and basic research tools. Enthusiasm to learn and improve your craft. No previous bylines or portfolio required.
Contract length:
Three months, paid.
