We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our team on a part-time basis, working fully remote. You’ll help customers by documenting their vehicle service needs, creating work orders, and communicating between the service team and customers. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
Write clear, accurate service records and work orders based on customer requests. Answer customer questions about vehicle services. Assist with scheduling and keeping service records organized. Support the service team in delivering great customer care.
What you’ll need:
Ability to write clearly and communicate with customers. Basic computer skills. Attention to detail. A friendly, helpful attitude. No experience required—we’ll train you on everything else.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, ongoing.
