We’re hiring a Service Writer to join our automotive care team. This is a part-time remote role perfect for someone starting out in customer-facing documentation and vehicle service coordination.
What you’ll do:
You’ll write service estimates and work orders for vehicle customers. Your tasks include documenting vehicle concerns, recording repair recommendations, communicating with customers about their service needs, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work with a supportive team and receive full training on all systems and processes.
What we’re looking for:
No prior experience needed. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills and comfort with written communication are helpful. You should be reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
