We’re looking for a creative multimedia content producer and editor to join a fully remote team creating engaging video, written, and visual content for science and technology audiences worldwide.
You’ll develop original multimedia products including social media videos, news releases, and live streaming content. You’ll write scripts, edit footage, plan creative concepts, and adapt content for different platforms. You’ll also use analytics to understand what resonates with audiences and stay current with multimedia storytelling trends.
What we’re looking for:
A strong interest in science and the ability to explain complex topics in accessible, engaging ways. Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects, and familiarity with design tools like Photoshop. You should be comfortable writing for video, operating cameras, and understanding how to optimize content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Ideal background:
A degree in video production, journalism, communications, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud storage tools. Some experience working with creative teams, scientists, or news media is a plus, but not required.
