Content & Project Coordinator – Entry Level, Remote

We’re looking for an organized, detail-focused coordinator to support a growing marketing team. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, spotting issues early, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage the weekly reporting cycle—pulling performance data, checking it for accuracy, and flagging anything that looks unusual. You’ll organize project timelines by working backward from launch dates and setting clear milestones in a project management tool. You’ll track the status of creative work in progress, making sure there’s always a healthy pipeline ahead. You’ll write clear briefs and status notes that prevent follow-up questions. You’ll also keep a spreadsheet-based test tracker to log what we learn from our experiments.

What You’ll Need

Comfort with spreadsheets, Google Sheets, pivot tables, and spotting data errors. Experience using a project management tool like Asana, Monday, or Trello. Ability to follow up on tasks without creating awkwardness. Writing that’s clear and specific. Basic familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics dashboards is a plus. No prior marketing experience required—we’ll train you on the tools and processes.

Contract & Schedule

25–30 hours per week on a contract basis, with occasional surge weeks (up to 32 hours) during busy product or seasonal periods. Fully remote and flexible, with a few hours of overlap needed on certain weekdays for reporting touchbases.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
