We are seeking a Technical Product Writer to join our content team. This role combines technical writing and product copywriting to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for a diverse range of products and solutions.
In this fully remote position, you will craft compelling long-form and short-form content for product pages, category descriptions, specification sheets, and user manuals. You will translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand documentation for end-users, installers, and sales professionals. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
Write and edit product descriptions, technical specifications, and feature highlights for websites, marketing materials, and documentation. Proofread and update content to reflect product changes and industry standards. Use content tools to improve efficiency while independently verifying all information for accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with product teams to turn technical features into clear, compelling selling points. Research and produce user manuals, installation guides, and technical documentation. Maintain consistent style and tone across all user-facing materials.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with content creation tools is helpful but not required. A portfolio of writing samples is preferred but not necessary to apply.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
