We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, user-friendly documentation for software applications. You’ll work with software engineers, product teams, and support staff to produce documentation that helps users understand complex technical concepts.
What you’ll do
Create and maintain user guides, help systems, release notes, and technical content. Develop clear, modular documentation that works for different user groups. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy. Review user-facing text in software. Manage documentation processes and maintain consistency across projects.
Skills/background needed
Excellent written communication skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly. Strong attention to detail. Experience creating technical documentation, user guides, or help content is helpful but not essential. Eagerness to learn, collaborate with teams, and improve continuously. Interest in software development or engineering environments is a plus.
