About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our fully remote team and help create clear, accurate documentation for technical services and APIs. In this role, you’ll work on API documentation, create guides that make complex systems easier to understand, and develop visual materials to support our technical content. You’ll help customers, partners, and internal teams by turning technical information into documentation that’s accessible and actionable.
What you’ll be doing:
• Create and maintain API documentation and technical guides
• Write clear explanations of technical concepts for different audiences
• Develop diagrams and visual materials to explain how systems work together
• Work with developers, architects, and product teams to gather information and understand technical details
• Support customer onboarding and partner enablement through documentation
• Review and update documentation as features and services change
• Manage multiple documentation projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Help establish documentation practices that improve consistency across technical content
Skills/background needed:
• Experience writing technical documentation or API documentation (experience level varies – we provide full training)
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and formats
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly in writing
• Experience creating diagrams or visual technical materials (or willingness to learn)
• Strong written communication skills
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
