Responsibilities
Write and maintain user guides, datasheets, and release notes for software products
Work with developers and engineers to learn about new features, then translate them into clear, plain-language instructions
Keep existing documentation accurate as the software evolves
Build and expand our knowledge base to help users find answers independently
Collaborate with support teams to identify and address the most common user questions
Help maintain and update website content, including product pages and documentation
Develop training materials to support user learning
Skills/background needed:
Required:
Passion for understanding and learning technical concepts
Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred:
Experience documenting software or technical products
Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown or help-authoring platforms
Experience writing developer-facing documentation
Basic knowledge of website development (HTML/CSS, content management systems, or website builders)
